✅ Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges on unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:
   •    Items must be in their original packaging
   •    Products must be in new, unused condition
   •    You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

❌ Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns on:
   •    Opened or used products (for health & hygiene reasons)
   •    Sale, clearance, or promotional items
   •    Gift cards
   •    “Change of mind” returns after use

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
   •    Your order number
   •    A photo of the item and packaging

We’ll gladly offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

🚚 Return Shipping
   •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
   •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

💰 Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:
   •    We’ll email you to confirm receipt and refund status
   •    Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
   •    Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error

🔁 Replacements or Store Credit

If you’d prefer, we can issue store credit or send a replacement product instead of a refund.
